Our name is rooted in Matthew 5:13–16, where we are called to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. Just as salt preserves and enhances, we believe our work is meant to add goodness, value, and care to the lives of those we serve. And as the light of the world, we strive to reflect kindness, encouragement, and authenticity in every interaction.
This industry uniquely allows us the privilege of being a light in people’s lives. Every conversation, every service, and every moment in our chairs or treatment rooms is an opportunity to encourage, uplift, and help someone feel seen, confident, and cared for.

Meet Alicia
As the owner of Salt + Light Salon and Spa, my greatest joy will always be my family. I am a proud wife and mother of six, and they are truly the center of my world. Being a wife and mom is the role that shapes who I am and keeps my heart grounded in what matters most.
At the same time, I’ve always felt a deep calling to lead and serve beyond the walls of my home. The beauty industry has given me the incredible opportunity to care for people, build meaningful relationships, and create a space where others can grow and thrive.
While I love being behind the chair, one of my greatest passions is watching the people around me grow—both inside and outside of the salon. Seeing our team develop in their craft, gain confidence, and step into who they are meant to be is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
Salt + Light was built with the hope that it would be more than just a salon and spa. My prayer is that it continues to be a place where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and inspired—both our guests and the team who serve them every day.
